JM slow speed electric winch

This winch is suitable for the civil construction and installation engineering, such as road construction, bridge construction, the installation and disassembly of various large and medium-sized concrete, steel structures and mechanical equipment. It can also be specifically designed for anchoring, towing and mooring on ships. JM series winch is a gear reducer drive winch. It can lift up to 300 tons, working speed 5-16m/min.

JMM friction type electric winch

This friction winch is mostly used for construction of roads and bridges in ports and docks and installation of large-scale factories, mines and power engineering equipment. The characteristic of this winch is that the speed of the wire rope is constant and the lifting is smooth. This large winch machine is especially suitable for long-distance traction and large-stroke hoisting of various large and extra large concrete, steel structures, and steel cables.

Installation of 60 Ton Winch Machine

Solid foundation – The winch must be reliably anchored to prevent slippage and overturning during work. The commonly used methods for fixing winches are bolt fixing, cross beam fixing, pile fixing and weight fixing.

Operation shed – Set up the operation shed and ensure that the operator can see the command staff and the dragged or lifted objects clearly. Buildings, scaffolding, and materials and components stacked on site during construction should not affect the operator’s monitoring of the entire process.

Drum direction – The drum is aligned with the center of the guide pulley. The distance from the drum to the first guide pulley is as follows: for the grooved drum it should be greater than 15 times the width of the drum, for the grooveless drum it should be greater than 20 times to prevent the wire ropes from overlapping and guide wheel flange and wire rope wear when the drum is running.
