We offer a variety of electric industrial winches to suit your particular lifting and pulling requirements, such as slow speed winch, high speed winch, piling winch, planetary winch and friction winch.
Which Type of Industrial Electric Winch Is Right for You?
We manufacture multiple winch machines for various industries to get the job done quickly and safely. Before identifying the right winch, you should first familiarize yourself with different types of industrial electric winches that we offer .
The AQ-JM slow speed industrial electric winch can lift up to 200 tons.
It is designed for larger loads and demanding applications in factories, suitable for civil construction and installation engineering of construction and installation companies, mining areas, factories, etc.
With slow speed operation, this type of winch can provide accurate positioning.
Our winches are designed to help you do the big job quickly, safely and easily. They are engineered for two main purposes: lifting and pulling.
For Lifting
Electric Lifting Winch
The industrial electric winch is ideal for vertical lifting in the installation and dismantling of concrete, steel structures and heavy machinery. It can also be used as a hoist winch on derricks, cranes and hoist trolleys.
For Pulling
Electric Pulling Winch
The reliable winch can be designed to pull or drag heavy loads or materials in construction, mine, factories and port. Aicrane industrial electric pulling winch has large pulling force and high work efficiency.
Each of our winches can be engineered for its intended application. For further information, talk to one of our winch professionals online.
The industrial electric winch is a simple equipment that consists of electric motor, rope drum, transmission system, brake and control system.
Electric motor – it provides power to the transmission system, which turns the winch drum and winds the rope in and out.
Winch drum – it is a cylinder onto which the rope is spooled. It is driven by the electric motor and drive train.
Rope – the length and diameter of rope are largely determined by the designed load capacity.
Transmission system – it converts the motor power into a large pulling force. There are different types of gearbox to choose from, including spur gearbox, worm gearbox, planetary gearbox and bevel gearbox.
Brake – generally, the winch is equipped with a motor or transmission brake. In the most demanding applications, more than one brake may be fitted.
Control system – it enables the operator to control the direction of drum rotation. There are a variety of controls that can be used with your winch, such as control box with push buttons, pendant control and wireless remote control.
We offer both standard range and tailor-made winches for your specific applications.
Each of our winch products is ruggedly constructed by using high quality steel, which is meant for the utmost efficiency, safety, reliability and durability.
We supply a range of options and accessories to make sure you end up selecting the right winch system.
Additionally, our winches utilize durable paint system to protect it from corroding in harsh environments.
Backed by well-experienced engineers, we are able to custom design and build the winch to help you do the job at hand.
We also offer a complete after-sales service to ensure your project goes smoothly. The after-sales service mainly includes the equipment installation, commissioning, acceptance and maintenance. Besides, we offer the equipment warranty.

FAQs
How to Choose The Right Winch?
When buying an industrial electric winch, there are a few things you need to consider:
First, consider the purpose and working environment of the winch. Is the winch used for lifting or pulling? Where is the winch used, on land or along the coast?
Second, determine the type of winch you need. You can choose an electric winch, hydraulic winch or diesel winch according to your specific applications.
Third, specify the winch specifications, including load capacity or pulling force, drum capacity, speed, additional winch features and functions you require, etc.

How Do You Maintain An Industrial Electric Winch?
In order to achieve the maximum effect of the winch, the winch machine must be regularly maintained on time.
Check the winch system including drum, wire rope, motor, reducer, fan, disc brake, depth indicator, etc. before each shift.
Grease should be added to the main bearing and the top wheel bearing every three days. There should be no oil stains on the brake shoe and brake disc surface. If found, they must be removed in time.
When the brake shoe gap reaches 2mm, it should be adjusted in time. When newly installing or replacing the brake shoe, the brake shoe should be ground to ensure that the contact area between the brake shoe and the brake disc reaches more than 60% of the total area of the brake shoe.
Regularly check the reducer. If abnormal noise and vibration or progressive pitting or large-area abrasions on the tooth surface are found, stop the machine and check in time.
Wipe off the oil and dust on the surface of the machine at the end of each shift.
How Often Should An Industrial Electric Winch Be Serviced?
In addition to routine maintenance, the following maintenance work should be done:
Check the lubricating oil level of the reduction box.
Check and maintain the motor.
Check and adjust the meshing gap of the open gear.
Check the wear of the brake shoe.
Adjust and tighten the connections.
Check the lubrication of each part of the winch.
Perform overhaul and maintenance once a year to replace worn bearings and other wearing parts.
Check and adjust the brake comprehensively.
How Do You Install An Electric Industrial Winch?
The installation of the industrial electric winch will directly affect the safety of the operation. The following points must be paid attention to during installation:
Select the Right Location
The location where the industrial electric winch is installed should be a place with a wide field of view, which is convenient for the winch driver and commander to observe, and should be 15 meters away from the lifting point. When using a mast, the distance should not be less than the height of the mast.
Choose A Suitable Fixing Method
In order to prevent overturning and sliding when lifting objects, a suitable fixing method should be selected. Commonly used fixing methods are:
Fix the base. Place the winch on the concrete foundation, and then fix the base of the winch with anchor screws.
Fix with ground anchor. The winch transmits the force to the foundation through the ground anchor. This method is more commonly used on the construction site.
Balance weight. Fix the winch on a wooden mat, with wooden piles embedded in the front to prevent sliding, and press the weight at the back to prevent collapse.
