Hydraulic windlass mainly relies on hydraulic devices to perform and control actions, which is also called electric hydraulic windlass because its hydraulic energy comes from the oil pump device driven by the motor.
This windlass has compact structure, small transmission parts, smooth operation, and good shifting performance. However, it requires more maintenance care than the electric type.
