Aicrane 5 ton and 30 ton electric winches were installed at a naval base in Nigeria to pull ships out of the water for maintenance. The ship weighs 250t, and the slope of the slipway is 7.2°. The boat pulling scheme we provided adopted one movable pulley and one fixed pulley, and we also provided fixed pulley arrangement plan, on-site installation plan and location size.

The lead time for two 30-ton electric winches and one 5-ton winch is 35 working days.
The electrical parts and accessories are packed in standard export wooden boxes, and the winches are wrapped in rain cloth.
Yes, we provide the client with wearing parts such as friction plates, contactors, shackles, etc.
The warranty period of our winch products is one year. If there is a problem during the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts.
Generally, all our winches have been well assembled and debugged before leaving the factory, and customers only need to do the foundation according to the drawings we provide, and wire the winch to local power source. In this case, the Aicrane project consultants and engineers went to Nigeria to visit the client’s site and provided on-site guidance to the client.
